Howard Pierceall CEC, CCE
I started as an apprentice at age 14.
Attended to Joliet Junior college earned my Associates degree.
I worked at a junior detention center Teaching Culinary Arts.
Worked in Kansas City, MO. At the American Restaurant. In Crown Center.
Was an adjunct teacher at Johnson County Community College?
I was an adjunct teacher at Scottsdale Community College, Scottsdale, AZ.
I volunteered with C-CAP (Careers through culinary apprentice programs). I mentored and helped prep students for a competition to earn scholarships for culinary school.
I was an adjunct teacher at Coconino Community College, Flagstaff, AZ.
I am also certified with the American Culinary Federation as an Executive Chef and culinary Educator.
Certified since 1997. Working as a Chef you have to train your crew on an I going basis.
Applied for and got my Arizona CTE certificate in2016 and 2018.
