Our Schools

Wickenburg Unified School District operates from four main campuses with a fifth campus being the Wickenburg Digital Learning Program. Wickenburg is located in the northwest corner of Maricopa County about 50 miles west of Phoenix. We are nestled in the Hassayampa River Valley at the foot of the Bradshaw Mountains. Our beautiful area is a great place to raise a family.

Our district serves roughly 1,550 students in grades K-12 from an area of approximately 745 square miles and over 13,000 residents from La Paz, Maricopa, and Yavapai counties. The district employs about 200 people. To visit our schools' websites, click on the links below:


Festival Foothills Elementary School

Festival Foothills Elementary School is located in Buckeye, Arizona and serves students in grades K-8. In addition, they operate a preschool.


Hassayampa Elementary School

Hassayampa Elementary School is a modern, two-story building which serves grades K-5. This campus was completed due to a $9.8 million dollar bond passed by the voters in 2002.

As the oldest school building currently in use, grades 6-8 are able to enjoy the spacious front field for activities and cool down in the recently completed gym. The completion of the gym was due to the $9.8 million dollar bond.

Wickenburg High School was completed in 1999 and features brand new athletic fields for track, soccer, football, baseball, and softball. It was also funded by the $9.8 million dollar bond. This high school serves students in grades 9-12.
