We are located in Wickenburg, Arizona, whose population of 10,000 provides us with a small town atmosphere and a safe and scenic setting in which to educate our students. We offer a full academic program, serving grades K-12. Wickenburg High School Named to U.S. News and World Report Top High Schools in U.S.  We are very fortunate to have a supportive community in Wickenburg. Two new schools have been built through two different bonds over the past seven years. The Board of Education is very supportive and excels in getting the resources needed to have successful school environments that are conducive to student learning. The administration believes in a collaborative effort involving students, parents, staff, and members of the community to help make our schools the best they can be. The district is host to a proud partnership between the Del E. Webb Foundation and the school district, which boasts a 450 seat professional theatre (Del E. Webb Center for the Performing Arts) for our students to use. The foundation, which helped raise over $2 million dollars for the project, and the district jointly manage and use the facility, which is a source of pride for the entire community. The Wickenburg Unified School District has an excellent reputation for educating its students and is focused on balancing a core curriculum of Math, Science, Language Arts, and Social Studies with enriching areas such as the Fine Arts, Physical Education, Technology, and Vocational Arts and Technology. Extra-curricular activities are very important to our community and schools as well. Wickenburg High School was recently named “Highly Performing” by the State of Arizona in 2005 for its student achievement and Vulture Peak Middle School was named “Highly Performing” two of the last three years by the state. We pride ourselves in our continuous school improvement model, which focuses on five essential factors we call the “Standards for Success” to help us achieve our vision of “Every Child has Hope, Every Student is a Graduate, and Every Graduate has a Dream.”
